Steve Fairfax
Born from a love of colour and textiles, and a passion for personality and individuality, Steve ensures his work always brings out the very best of his clients' vision.
With a portfolio that boasts over 25 years of excellence, Steve carries with him a wealth of knowledge, dedication and inspiration which transforms anything from rooms - to entire houses through the power of design.
Optimising current trends against traditional values means Steve’s approach to interior design is truly unique.
“When I walk into someone’s home, I always get a great sense of character and identity. This is important for me and imperative to the process. I like to learn about my client’s lifestyle so that I can ensure what I’m creating for them, is going to be everything and more.”
Steve also works in commercial interior design, focusing specifically, (but not limited to), the hospitality and retail sectors. Steve has a great eye for revitalising brand interior identity through careful consideration to the local area charm and ethos of the company who he is designing for.
Originally living and working in London before relocating to the Kent coast and opening up his first studio in Sandwich. Growing significantly in recent years, Steve decided to expand and relocate the studio to Broadstairs in December 2020 where he is now based.
